We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date. Availability varies throughout the year, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute events may be accommodated depending on availability.

### Do you require a deposit to reserve my date?

Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is not reserved until the retainer and required agreement are received.

We offer full-service event planning, event design and styling, décor, florals, balloons, backdrops, rentals, proposal setups, yacht celebrations, and custom event experiences. Services can be tailored to your celebration and vision.

### Can you create a custom design based on my inspiration?

Absolutely. Inspiration photos are welcome as a starting point, but every Grace Signature event is thoughtfully customized to reflect your vision, celebration, and style.

### Do you provide rentals?

Yes. We offer a variety of event rentals and can also coordinate additional rental needs depending on your event design and guest count.
